Тикозные расстройства у детей как полиэтиологическая нозология

Аннотация

Тикозные расстройства (ТР) занимают одно из ведущих мест среди неврологических заболеваний детского возраста. В последнее время педагоги, медицинские психологи, социальные работники и врачи-психиатры все чаще сталкиваются с проблемой тикозных расстройств у детей, определяя их как состояния нервного развития, характеризующиеся наличием тиков и связанных с ними поведенческих проблем. Современная неврология, психиатрия и медицинская психология нуждаются в актуализации как терапевтического, так и диагностического аспекта тикозных расстройств. В данной статье представлен обзор современной литературы по проблеме тикозных расстройств у детей, а также методов их коррекции. Анализ литературы актуализирует полимодальный подход, учитывая возможные этиологические предикаты развития заболевания.
